A little about the 99bk FAQ

99bk is a trusted online gaming and Sports Betting platform in Bangladesh. Thousands of new members join every day, and it's natural to have questions — How do I register? How long does a deposit take? How do I withdraw a bonus? This FAQ page answers all of that in plain, easy-to-understand English.

We want every 99bk member to use the platform without any hassle. That's why this FAQ was built around real user experiences and questions. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, reach out to our support team directly via live chat.

Registration & Login

All you need to open an account is an active Bangladeshi mobile number and a strong password. During registration, an OTP will be sent to your phone to verify your identity. The whole process takes just 2-3 minutes.

No, each mobile number can only be used to open one 99bk account. Attempting to create multiple accounts with the same number may result in suspension. Each member is allowed one account only.

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" option. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to you. Verify the OTP and set a new password. The entire process takes about 2–3 minutes.

Entering the wrong password several times in a row will temporarily lock your account for security reasons. Wait 15-30 minutes and try again. If the issue keeps happening, reset your password or contact our support team.

Yes, you must be 18 years of age or older to register at 99bk. Minors are not permitted to create or use an account. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming.

Deposits & Withdrawals

After logging in, go to the Deposit section. You can easily add funds via mobile banking or bank transfer. Enter the amount, select your preferred payment method, and follow the on-screen instructions. Your balance is typically updated within 5–15 minutes.

The minimum deposit amount varies depending on your chosen payment method. Head to the deposit page for the exact limits — each method is listed with its own minimum and maximum.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Mobile banking transfers are usually faster, while bank transfers may take a little longer. Having a verified account helps speed up the process.

Wait 15-20 minutes first. If the balance still hasn't updated, contact our support team via live chat with a screenshot of the payment or your transaction ID. The issue will be resolved promptly.

Yes, account verification may be required before your first withdrawal. This is a security measure to ensure that only the rightful account owner can withdraw funds. The support team will guide you through the verification process.

Bonuses & Promotions

Yes, newly registered members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Full details on the bonus amount and terms can be found on the Promotions page. Specific wagering requirements must be met to use the bonus.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements — meaning you must place bets totaling a set multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Log in daily to unlock your daily bonus offer. After logging in, go to the Promotions section and browse the available offers. Click the "Claim" button and the bonus will be credited to your account instantly.

Yes, most bonuses have a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after the bonus is credited, the bonus may be forfeited. The validity period for each offer is listed on the Promotions page.

Games & Betting

99bk offers Fish Games, Bingo, live Sports Betting, and much more. In Fish Games, you earn points by catching different fish; Bingo follows the classic number-matching format; and Sports Betting lets you place wagers on cricket, football, and a range of other sports.

Odds represent a multiplier that shows how much you stand to win relative to your stake. For example, at odds of 2.5, a BDT 100 bet would return BDT 250 if you win. Higher odds mean a lower probability of the outcome, but a bigger potential payout.

If you get disconnected, your session is saved on the game server. Once you log back in, you can resume from where you left off or the game result will be determined automatically. You can view all records in your transaction history.

Minimum and maximum limits vary by game and betting market. You can see the specific limits for each market by opening the relevant game or betting page.

Security & Account

Yes, 99bk uses advanced SSL encryption to keep all your personal information and financial data secure. Your data is never shared with any third party.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify the support team via live chat. If necessary, you can request a temporary account suspension.

Identity verification typically requires a clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport, along with a selfie. For address verification, a recent utility bill or bank statement may be requested.

If your account is suspended, contact our support team. Ask for the reason and submit any required information or documents. In most cases, your account will be reactivated once verification is complete.

App & Technical Support

You can download the APK directly from the 99bk official app download page. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices. Do not download the app from third-party sites — doing so poses a security risk.

To install the APK on Android, enable the "Install from Unknown Sources" option under Settings > Security > Unknown Sources. Make sure you have enough storage space before installing. If you still run into issues, contact our support team.

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page. Check that your internet connection is stable. If you are using a VPN, disable it and try again. If the problem persists, try a different browser or contact our support team.

Yes, the 99bk website is fully mobile responsive and works well on all major mobile browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. However, for the best experience, we recommend using the official app.

Responsible Gaming: 99bk is committed to responsible gaming. Gaming is entertainment, not a habit to rely on. Set your own limits, and if you ever feel things are getting out of hand, visit our Responsible Gaming page.
